About the team: Affordability at Paytm is a Omni channel team that drives the EMI business at point of sale, both for online and offline merchants. We partner with various OEM's / brands and merchant partners to offer affordability to the customers.

Expectations/ Requirements

1. Creating and implementing the trade marketing strategy

2. Building relationships with key suppliers, identifying new revenue opportunities

3. Managing the promotional plan, identifying new promotional opportunities

4. Working closely with the marketing team to commercialise brand plans, looking at pack formats, pricing and promotions

5. Developing commercial toolboxes, including sell-in materials for the sales teams, and in-store (POS) materials for the retailers

6. Coaching and supporting the sales teams to execute effectively with customers

7. Managing the trade spend and allocating the Advertising & Promotion (A& amp; P) budget across all 8. channels/customers

9. Segmenting the customer base and working closely with P, amp, and Ls to optimise channel strategies and maximise ROI
