Paytm - Team Lead - Performance Marketing

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Review & update the existing user acquisition & retention strategy and execute it to achieve the business targets.

- Create, manage & optimize the campaigns on Google, Facebook & other channels for different business objectives.

- Identify the opportunities to further increase the effectiveness of the marketing efforts.

- Build hypotheses and regularly test & measure them to improve the efficiency of the existing campaigns.

- Work with the analytics team to understand the campaign data in detail & make the required changes in our strategy.

- Collaborate closely with the categories team to understand their campaign requirements and get them executed as per the business priority.

- Coordinate with both internal and external design teams to create the briefs, share the references and get the required creatives made.

- Work closely with the product & tech teams for the timely execution of all the digital marketing related tasks.

- Work with the Google & Facebook teams to try the latest features, regular account audit and case studies.

- Monitor the latest digital marketing trends, best practices and get them implemented in the account.

Desired Skills

- 3-6 years of experience in digital marketing. Previous experience in startups or agencies would be preferred.

- Deep understanding & experience in all major marketing channels- Google Ads, GDN, Facebook Ads, DV360, Affiliates etc.

- Proven track record in delivering rapid business growth at a good scale. Must have handled at least 1 Crore monthly budget in past.

- Ability to understand the customer pain points and design the marketing communications accordingly.

- Should have the necessary skills & comfort in writing copies / scripts for different marketing campaigns and share detailed briefs with the creative team.

- Previous experience in app measurement tools, like Appsflyer, Adjust, Branch etc.

- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills to work effectively with various stakeholders across the teams.

- Good analytical and logical skills. Command on Microsoft Excel or Google sheets.
