Job Responsibilities-

- Driving growth of Online Payments Business for SMEs which includes; merchant acquisition/onboarding, Transactions, GTV, Reactivation, Campaign & Up-selling / Cross-selling

- Proactively seek out and identify needed system changes, flagging issues for internal stakeholders and report metrics appropriately

- Interact & Coordinate with various In-House teams (Product, Tech, Legal & Operations) to minimize the challenges and onboarding hurdles

- Analyze and report business performance; provide results and recommendations for product and process improvement

- Build pipeline for existing Payment gateway, and other new business products & services - intelligent payments router, UPI acquiring, recurring payments, business payouts/disbursements/invoicing, Payments links, and Paytm postpaid

- Running extensive campaigns for transactions growth

- Drive growth through strategic marketing campaigns targeted at gaming, healthcare, e-commerce, food tech, travel, Digital goods, and other categories

- Renegotiated commissions to improve profitability with major merchants

- Configuring new campaigns with low cost and sustained impact. Focused on activation of low-cost pay modes on all major merchants

Desired Profile :

- BE and MBA Sales/ marketing is preferred

- 6-12 years of experience in B2b Payment Gateway sales

- Business leader with a demonstrated history of working in tech sales

- Should be a team manager with great people management skills

- Skilled in solution selling, should have knack for business development with a clear and firm customer orientation and company growth
