Paytm - Senior Manager - Digital Marketing - Paytm Mall (8-12 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Own & drive all Performance marketing & SEO/ASO user acquisition channels for Paytm Mall
- Define the Online/Digital marketing planning & strategy for Paytm Mall and Own the digital marketing P&L for the business
- The person will own key KPIs of Conversion, ROIs & Cohort improvements from Paid channels
- Work along with a team of Digital marketers on 360 degree performance marketing plan across Affiliate networks, SEM/FB/Twitter, Media buying channels & SEO/ASO channels
- Set up strong Data tracking to achieve quarterly targets & improve on KPIs
- Ensuring A/B creative tests, incrementality tests and scaling tests to identify the best outcome
- Conduct marketing effectiveness analysis during and following campaigns
- Champion new ideas and be both proactive and reactive to changes in the digital market place
- Identify and evaluate new channel opportunities - provide insights and perspective for adoption of these
The Ideal Candidate :
- 8+ years prior work experience in Digital marketing & Online marketing roles
- Past experience in B2C ecommerce is MANDATORY
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns & Facebook Ad manager campaigns is MUST
- Prior experience in mobile app marketing is a huge PLUS
- Very strong on analytics, problem solving skills and logical reasoning, extremely data driven
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Exceptional understanding of Google Analytics and one or more other Web analytics tools like Omniture, WebTrends etc.
- Should have made PPC strategies to reduce the cost per click (CPC) and cost per lead (CPL). Hands-on experience of Google Analytics, in creating custom reporting, experiments, goals, and filters
- Strong understanding of digital marketing & SEO/ASO concepts & best practices
- High degree of ownership & Passion for results, consistent track record of exceeding targets
