- Owns the responsibility of daily creative requirements of various Paytm Business Categories - Responsibility of taking detailed briefs from the business categories, identify risks or opportunities and managing delivery of final creatives - Works with creative, marketing team to deliver quality work while making sure that the brief is percolated - Responsible of managing vendors and daily job coordination for internal branding related work - Possessing a broad understanding of Print mediums: up to date with trends and keeping abreast with new campaign by various national and international brands - Supervise team members - Engage in team building activities - Works to contribute strategic value beyond day-to-day operations General Skills - - Creative thinking and analytical problem solving - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Strong client-service orientation - Ability to manage projects to successful completion, multi-task, and work within tight deadlines - Sound business acumen - Proficient with MS Office &amp; Trello, Slack &amp; general reporting - Exposure in a Print advertising/design would be preferred
