Paytm - Product Manager - Telecom Network - MMA Business

Basic Qualifications

- Engineering with MBA Degree

- 5+ years of Product Management experience with direct product ownership.

- 3 years working at a consumer-focused software service

- High degree of working experience on digital service, comfortable in design service across various devices

- Understand of telecom network and now how will be desirable

- Demonstrated skills in developing product roadmaps & functional specifications, launching new products, conducting customer research, and facilitating user testing.

- Experience with end to end product delivery

- Ability to frame the problem, pull in external dynamics, involve key stakeholders, generate/prioritize ideas with appropriate support

- Comfortable with an agile way of managing product/service

- Experience working directly with Engineers and UX designers in an Agile development environment.

- Experience in interacting with the client for product discussion for requirement gathering and product roadmap

- Technical fluency; comfort understanding and discussing technology concepts with technical team members.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Ability to identify, analyze, and solve ambiguous problems independently with extreme attention to detail.

- Excellent organizational, presentation, and writing skills and ability to successfully interact across functions at all levels of an organization and with customers.

- Strong written and verbal communication and persuasion skills.

- Working experience in Payment or games app/services.
