Project Manager - Manager/Senior Manager

Key Activities:

- Manage Projects e2e independently for functions including but not limited to Risk, Compliance, Operations, Technology

- Drive Process improvement and Efficiency across multiple departments

- Liaise with different stakeholders to understand gaps with respect to operational / service / regulatory processes and then work together to revamp the process

- Define project schedules, allocate resources and monitor progress

- Align project objectives with company goals, & make sure the cross functional teams are clear on objectives and timelines

- Help project team with the design and development tasks

- Lead process of issue identification and resolution

- Manage risk tracking process

- Monitor and manage project scope

- Manage all project documentation

- Work on multiple projects within the company's project portfolio simultaneously

Key Skills needed (Behavioural and Functional):

- Highly developed Project and Time Management skills

- Good understanding of BFSI Products, Services & Regulations

- Proven strong Excel, Presentation and Communication skills.

- Proactive, Self-motivated, Ability to track & meet deadlines

Qualification & Experience:

- MBA / Postgraduate

- 4 - 8 years of experience working in a similar role.
