The HR Business Partner will play a critical role in supporting and driving the HR strategy to align with the business objectives of our organization. This position requires a deep understanding of the unique challenges and dynamics within the consumer internet or PIT product industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-impact HR solutions and partnering closely with business leaders to achieve organizational success.
Experience: 6 - 9 years
Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to business leaders providing guidance on a wide range of HR matters.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives, ensuring the attraction, retention, and development of top talent.
- Provide expertise in areas such as employee engagement, performance management, organizational design, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and learning and development.
- Partner with business leaders to identify current and future talent needs, developing and executing strategies for attracting, assessing, and selecting top talent.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, including designing and implementing programs that foster a positive and inclusive work environment, enhancing employee satisfaction and productivity.
- Manage employee relations matters, conducting investigations, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and practices.
- Support the performance management process by providing guidance and coaching to managers on performance feedback, goal setting, and career development.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas of improvement and develop proactive strategies to address them.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR, sharing knowledge and recommendations with the HR team and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Compensation and Benefits, Learning and Development, and HR Operations, to ensure seamless delivery of HR programs and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive HR experience, preferably from Consumer internet/FinTech firms.
- Strong understanding of HR Practices, including knowledge of industry-specific HR practices and trends.
- Proven ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and concepts to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated experience in driving HR initiatives and programs, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
