Position Overview:

As a Learning team member at Paytm Payments Bank, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating learning and development initiatives across departments , primarily Business, Product & Technology functions. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure trainings aligns with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Needs Assessment:

- Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and skill gaps within Operations, Customer Service, Compliance, Risk, and HR.

- Conduct regular reviews of regulatory changes and industry trends to ensure training compliance.

Curriculum Development:

- Develop and curate training content tailored to specific departmental requirements.

- Ensure that all training materials align with regulatory standards and best practices.

Training Delivery:

- Facilitate training sessions, workshops for employees

- Monitor training progress and provide support to participants.

Performance Evaluation:

- Implement assessment mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of training programs.

- Analyse post-training evaluations and performance data to identify areas for improvement.

Vendor Management

- Support identification of training vendors , overlooking onboarding and empanelment, Trainer evaluation, agreement on course, pricing and SLAs , in coordination with purchase team.

Communication & Engagement

- Develop communication channels like emailers , SharePoint page , monthly meetings with business

Qualifications:

- Tech (academic) background with IT / Cloud certifications. Master's degree preferred.

- 10-15 years of proven experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs, preferably for the technology teams at Banks / IT/ product companies.

- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and e-learning platforms.

- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements in the banking sector.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
