Job Description : - Increasing the revenue share and gross margins on the respective accounts assigned. - Upselling/Cross selling bouquet of services available on online and digital payments platform for merchant portal. - Construct merchant partnership/commercial agreements with merchants and successfully negotiate closure in line with strategic priorities, revenue and profitability targets. - Map competition activity in assigned accounts and develop counter strategies and plans to increase sales results. - Overseeing existing operations to manage, grow & retain accounts assigned by monitoring day to day commercial performance of each key account within the portfolio allotted. - Work with NBFCs to get them onboard and encourage them to use different category of products on offer. - Candidate must have experience of working in digital payments/payment gateways setup alongwith experience of working with NBFC merchants.
