Recharge and Bill Payments is the core use case for millions of users who visit Paytm App on a daily and monthly basis and our goal is to enable the best in class user experience across wide variety of services including Prepaid Recharge, DTH Recharge, Electricity Bill Payments and many others that we provide under this vertical. Job Description : - We are seeking a Business Intelligence and Analytics professional for our Recharge and Bill Payments analytics team. Your core responsibility will be to optimize all growth campaigns and reminders by building best in class measurement frameworks and by continuously improving our user targeting to drive better ROI for marketing spend. - Additionally, you will conduct deep dives to highlight actionable opportunities across the product funnel and then work in close collaboration with the partners in product and business teams to implement potential solutions to enable desired business outcomes. Responsibilities : 1. Build and maintain analytical reports and dashboards to provide a deep view of performance of Recharge and Bill Payments campaigns 2. Build the user segmentation and machine learning models that will enable user targeting for various campaigns across the user-life cycle 3. Enable test and learn for optimizing the growth campaigns and deliver comprehensive test read outs to power accurate decisions 4. Understanding the broad range of Paytm data resources, and knowing the right ones to use for the analytical problems at hand 5. Evangelizing data driven decision making within the team and to business & product owners 6. Identifying data needs and driving data quality improvement projects Technical Requirements : 1. Proficient in SQL/Hive and deep expertise in building scalable business reporting solutions 2. Past experience in optimizing business strategy, product or process using data & analytics 3. Working knowledge in at least one programming language like Scala, Java or Python 4. Experienced in Apache Spark, or other big data processing framework Qualifications : 1. Bachelors degree or higher in engineering, statistics, mathematics, economics, business or a similar quantitative field. Masters in these fields preferred 2. 3 to 7 years of work experience in a business intelligence and analytics role in financial services, ecommerce, consulting or technology domain 3. Demonstrated ability to directly partner with business owners to understand product requirements 4. Effective spoken and written communication to senior audiences, including strong data presentation and visualization skills 5. Prior success in working with extremely large datasets using big data technologies 6. Detail-oriented, with an aptitude for solving unstructured problems
