You'll be stepping into a fast paced environment where things move from 0 to 120 kmph in under 10 seconds. Okay, maybe 12. Key Responsibilities : - Collaborate and work with business leaders to understand the business and hiring needs - Discuss and agree on the skill requirement and selection process. - Develop a comprehensive sourcing strategy in partnership with your leadership or hiring managers - Influence candidates and business stakeholders through your understanding of the organization - Must be able to successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks and metrics - Should thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done. - Optimize end to end recruitment processes from exceptional at market research, candidate generation, interview process and offer extension Apply if you are : - 3+ years of experience in Technology hiring, preferably worked in Product companies - Hands-on experience in sourcing from various channels (job portal, headhunters, social media & employee referral) - Experience in executing and managing recruitment drives - Experience in candidate assessment and management, ability to build and analyze reports - Have strong candidate interviewing skills and understanding of recruitment processes and systems. - Able to solve challenging hiring situations through market data & intelligence. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
