Job type - Work from office Open role - 2 At Paytm Insider we're looking for a Senior Associate to join our Finance & Accounts (Receivables) team on contract of 5 months.

- Requirements 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivables role.

- Knowledge of taxes like GST, TDS & Income Tax. Must have extensive knowledge of SAP and Tally, ERP9. Invoice booking, bank payments & statutory bookings. Proficient in excel.

Responsibilities: Accounts Receivable Management: Generate and issue accurate and timely invoices to clients/customers.

- Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on overdue payments. Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy.

- Payment Processing: Record and post incoming payments in the accounting system. Allocate payments to the appropriate invoices.

- Collections: Communicate with clients/customers to resolve billing issues and discrepancies. Implement collection strategies to minimize overdue accounts. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status, aging, and collection efforts. Analyze AR data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement.

- Collaboration: Liaise with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to address customer payment issues or inquiries. Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to the implementation of best practices in AR operations
