At Paytm Insider, we are obsessed with customer experience. As the Customer Success Lead, you will be responsible for championing customer experience on all Paytm Insider platforms. The role entails advocating for the customer, proactive planning of workflows, resolution of issues and queries, and ensuring every customer touchpoint is effectively represented on the platforms. As part of it, you will also be responsible for building teams that handle event setup for key projects, and be the custodian for setup-related queries. At Paytm Insider, you will: - Recruit, mentor and manage the teams for customer success - Own and maintain key qualitative and quantitative metrics for customer success - Build the vision and processes for the event setup and execution teams; track and monitor deliverables and timelines set for the team - Build a culture of proactive customer service; identify customer pain points with regular user experience checks, and work with product and marketing teams to improve the customer experience before, during and after events - Own and supervise all customer touchpoints of Paytm Insider and monitor online reputation - including social platforms, and play store and app store pages - Oversee event / project coordination on customer communication & experience - Build team and system efficiency via technology solutions and automation - Work with various teams to define and deliver customer delight initiatives - Control resources and utilise assets to achieve targets and budgets You must have: - 7+ years of experience in customer success, preferably in ticketing or related industries; 3+ years of experience leading teams - Experience building processes and process-oriented teams - Experience leading teams and liaising with agencies - A strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment - Strong client-facing and communication skills - Critical thinking and problem solving skills - Strong time management skills - Proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of customer support tools - Should thrive in an informal, fast-paced environment
