Your role will require a strong stakeholder management across internal & external teams along with following core responsibilities :

- Plan & strategize programs for our merchant base

- Measure & iterate plans to ensure very high efficacy in plans you launch

- Responsible for optimizing costs & ROI on the budget allotted

- Ability to think out of the box & come up new ideas & breakthrough techniques to keep the merchants engaged on the platform
