Paytm - Growth Hacking Lead (9-14 yrs)
The Growth lead will be working in intersection of marketing and product development, and will be focused on customer and user acquisition, activation, retention, and upsell. you would work cross-functionally with engineering, design, analytics, product management, operations, and marketing to design and execute growth initiatives. You should be the catcher and champion for product requests and implement a framework for prioritizing growth-specific product improvements.
1) To define the company's growth plan
2) To coordinate and execute growth programs
3) optimize the revenue funnel.
4) Analysis of user behavior, scientific experimentation, and targeted promotions.
5) Select and integrate products into the company's analytics framework to provide dashboards and testing tools as services across the organization.
6) Help the product define its growth objective, and create the funnel that growth initiatives should be focused at.
7) Identify resources, go to user acquisition or to combatting churn? quantify and understand progress against goals. Select key performance indicators, and the development of reports on these metrics for consumption across the organization.
8) Provide customer insight, by blending data with a deep understanding of user needs, habits, and perceptions developed through targeted interviews, usability studies, and customer feedback. Utilize the data they have to answer some of the troubling - whys- that a company may have. Share these insights with the product team to help prioritize product which creates the roadmap.
9) Prioritizing growth initiatives and product changes. Give Ideas for initiatives to create growth virtually in all functions in the organization.
1) Experience : 10-15 years
2) Need to be fluent in the full spectrum of acquisition channels
3) Ability to compare behaviors of retained users versus those users who churned.
4) Should be able to do analysis of key driver for new user & there retention.
