As a growth hacker, you would bring new data-driven perspectives to improve the business and work with a cross-functional team to see an end to end execution of business initiatives Roles and Responsibilities - Own the online growth charter of a business unit from end to end - Ideate and implement creative ideas for new user acquisition - Drive initiatives to improve user retention - Come up with product interventions to improve conversion funnels - Come up with data-driven insights to identify new growth opportunities - Closely work with marketing teams to come up with campaigns to drive category growth - Increase marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-term ideas and strategies The Ideal Candidate - Engineering from IIT or Graduated from tier-1 engineering/MBA college - Excellent communication skills & ability to learn quickly - Worked 2 to 3 years in the startup environment with high levels of ownership. - Strong analytical skills is a must-have; if you don- t have it, no need to apply - Must be data-driven, comfortable with SQL and prior experience as a Product Data, marketing analyst is preferred. - Proven track record of collaborating with and leading cross-functional groups to produce results - Experience with Performance Marketing, Social Media Performance Marketing; Google Analytics and other analytical tools is a plus
