Looking for a GM/AVP Human Resources with well-rounded business exposure in setting up organization level HR practices and Employer Branding strategies and will drive key initiatives on the people management front As a part of this team, you will be responsible for : 1. HR Processes : - Design and implement impactful HR Processes to deliver results for the company - Develop Recruitment strategies in alignment with priorities of the business - Communicate and implement the strategic direction of HR operations to ensure adherence to policies and processes 2. Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits : - To develop the organization's approach to talent management and succession planning and to coordinate the contributions of key stakeholders to ensure effective implementation - Building a strong employer brand and promoting the ethos of the company - Compensation benchmarking, Salary fitment, and Salary Forecasting. - Employee Engagement through their life cycle management 3. Organization Design &amp; Development : - Supporting the development of high potential employees at senior and mid-career levels, ensuring an enhanced pipeline of high performing professional talent - Design and deliver OD and change management strategies, processes, and interventions - Provide advice &amp; support to line managers on appropriate team structure &amp; design 4. Performance Management : - Leading &amp; driving performance management process with a focus on consistent implementation and capability building - Collaborate with the leadership team on the formulation of key strategies Required experience : 1) 8-14 years of experience preferably in a startup/roles where you have set up or implemented things from scratch 2) Hands on experience on SAP 3) Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
