Paytm | FC Operations | SCM / Operations | Noida - IIM/XLRI/BITS/NIT/IIT/FMS FC Operations Roles &amp; Responsibilities : - Program Management - Running Special Projects, and bringing them to closure. - Product Understanding - Track Product/ WMS tasks, and deal with the Product and Tech team to ensure proper closures. - Deep-dive into data, and Business Analytics in Operational issues, and solutions for them. - MIS Standardization, including reconciliation activity. - Managing various stakeholders - Product Team, Senior Management, Tech Team, Finance and RA teams. - Reduction in FC Order processing time (O2S), increase FC capacity, handling FC commercials including P/L, Inventory Recon. - All Special Projects releasing on time - Day-to-day Operations Management for Courier and Warehouse Vendor. Desired Skills : - MBA in supply chain/Operation - Direct Warehousing and Transportation/ Logistics experience is a must - 4+ Years of experience in supply chain management/operations management. - Analytical skills, good in maths and numbers, Problem-solving attitude - Experience in Analytics/ Tech.
