BPM team acts as a bridge between Product/Technology and Sales team and owns the charter of product ideation, competitive benchmarking, prioritization of roadmap, GTM and product penetration. Job Brief & Responsibilities: - Analyse market, competition and work with customers to identify new product ideas - Work with sales and product development teams to identify and prioritize requirements for product roadmap - Responsible for GTM and driving adoption of new product and increasing the market share of existing product - Driving merchant sales call as SME (Subject Matter Expert) and improve customer perception Desired Skills: - 4 years of experience in product or program management, product marketing or business development - A proven performer and team player who enjoys challenging assignments in a high-energy, fast growing and start-up workplace - A self-starter who can work well with minimal guidance and in a fluid environment - Experience working with cross functional teams and driving consensus - Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition - Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to justify requirements, features and drive management of product - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling positioning/messaging strategy and present complex information clearly and concisely - Work experience in top-tier consulting firms, tech startups, or product management is a plus Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree: Engineering preferred - Master's degree from Tier 1 B-schools - 5-12 years of post-MBA experience - Strong people management experience of leading small team of 2-5 members - Someone with an experience into Consulting background and / or having worked as a Program Manager handling Product and/ or Sales side will be preferred - People from Payments industry will be preferred - Someone having experience into BPNL (Buy Now Pay Later) industry will be an added advantage
