Role & Responsibility - Create and curate unique content strategy for different marketing product and Omni channels - Manage a team of copy/content writers to create best copy and content practices in the industry - Create creative unique content for the blog and other third party affiliate programme to promote business - Create & Manage copy guidelines to provide the best experience to all the customers. - Create creative unique content for the blog and other third party affiliate programme to promote business. - Follow the content style to maintain the voice of paytm and tone of communication. - Evaluate edited footage to make sure it matches the Style & Story from the script and meets the narrative agenda of the Product & requirement. - Create and maintain empathy between customer and business via communication. - Work across design-driven content like advertising, entertainment, film, digital, and interactive. Types of projects will include but not be limited to commercials, corporate videos, product videos, network branding, digital signage, projection mapping, etc. - Try and provide more human interactive communication and language. - Proficient in producing content for websites, social media, and other platforms and an understanding of optimizing content for those specific platforms. Try and create a communication bridge between business & customers to provide better clarity on offerings and promotions. - Understand the audience you are writing for. - Collaborate with business partners and designers to work on large scale projects. The Ideal Candidate - Should be from mass-comm/ agency or content copywriting background. - Should have great command over written and verbal skills. - Should be able to follow and create tone of the language in long term and short projects. - Should be able to understand content guidelines & be able to translate them into business communication. - Should be able to understand and achieve high-quality goals in copywriting. - Should Be able to understand write and deliver the different forms of emotions in their language. - Should be able to visualize the concept direction and participate in the design process
