Job Description  Designation: Growth Lead   Business - Paytm Travel  Location: Bangalore  Role & Responsibilities  - Own the day to day sales target for the Vertical (Buses/ Flights/ Packages) and strive to better them  - Manage the Profitability of the category  - Design the right Promotional offers and events  - Cross-Selling - work with other categories at Paytm to come up with the right co-promotion offers and promote them  - Come up with the right marketing constructs for online & offline marketing campaigns  - Take ownership of driving traffic, conversion on the platform for the category  - Be the voice of the customers for the vertical within Paytm  - Keep abreast with the latest industry trends on travel  - Work with the digital marketing team with a continuos drive to better ROI  - Own the end to end execution of the campaigns for the vertical  Skill set:  - Ability to own things end to end  - Strong analytical skills  - Ability to learn things quickly & execute them at a rapid pace  - Ability to manage cross-functional relationships within Paytm  - 1-2 years experience in a Tier 1 consulting company  - MBA from Tier 1 B-School, Only 2013 batch or later shall apply
