KRA

1) Responsible for overall P&L of the Consumer Loyalty Program

2) Working with multiple stakeholders like Product, CST, & BD Teams to execute the Charter of the Program

3) Responsible for delivering the user metrics (Transactions per user, Retention rates) of the Loyalty Program

Skills :

1) Must have worked in a category lead role in a consumer internet organization

2) Experience of working in a consulting company is a plus

3) 8-10 Years of overall experience

4) Strong communication skills.

5) Top tier education background
