Paytm - Business/Data Analyst

We are currently scouting for Business/Data Analysts for multiple Operations Team.

Experience: 2 to 8 Years

Job Location : Noida

Interview Process : Virtual

Preferred Industry : Fintech / Payments / Internet / E-commerce

PFB the JD :

- Fetching data from HIVE and preparing transaction reports on daily basis in user readable format with actionable insight

- Writing/editing SQL queries on day to day basis for regular data reports and perform data analysis on regular basis. Should be an expert

- Automating the regular reports using multiple tools and coordinating with different teams

- Should be expert in Advanced Excel

- Creating new reports, smooth the process of analytics & MI

- Track transactions, users and many more parameters on regular basis

- Analyse data and share all findings for business growth

- Coordinating with cross functional teams like business , product , tech for data collection.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Must be an Engineering Graduate

- Should be comfortable to work for 6 days a week

- Strong knowledge of advanced excel is a must

- Must have good understanding of SQL and Python

- Immediate / Early joiners preferred
