Paytm - Business Associate/Product Associate - Consulting

We are looking for professionals with 2 - 5 years of experience in Consulting with Tier I Business/ Strategy Consulting Firms to join us across Business and Product Management Roles.

Product Management Roles :

You would be instrumental in shaping Paytm's offering to consumers and merchants or designing platform to enable great products. In product roles, you will be responsible for:

- Product Lifecycle from Concept to Deployment including Product Requirement Documents, Flow charts, Features, Scripting, etc.

- Take ownership of the product, identify market requirements, define product vision, create preliminary design concepts and drive the implementation of the overall product roadmap

- Improve Customer perception and product-wise market share, good understanding of technical and market feasibility of the product

Business Roles :

In a Business Role you would key part in building and growing certain business lines. You would be responsible for one or more of the following areas:

- Process Improvement - Bring in best practice and processes in various business lines or departments to streamline operations, enhance revenues or optimize costs.

- Analytics - Build a deep understanding of the business and drive analytical insights to drive product and business improvements

- P&L responsibility - Take end to end P&L responsibility for a segment/ category

- Program Management - Drive planning and execution of critical projects working with multiple senior stakeholders
