We are looking for a hardworking, positive, open-minded and motivated individual with the following qualifications for Paytm Money's legal team: Job Responsibilities 1) Reviewing of various agreements with respect to the fast growing wealth management business of Paytm Money. 2) Ability to demonstrate advocacy skills and hands-on experience on commercial / Legal clauses in the agreements. 3) Filling of agreements with appropriate stamp duty, follow up with all the stakeholders on the agreements 4) Analyze the possible regulatory and legal requirements of the business models and products of Paytm Money, indicating possible issues, risks and mitigation actions to the business. Desired Profile 1) Post Graduate/Graduate in Law - BL / LLB with 3+ years of experience in wealth management industry including mutual funds, stock broking. 2) Experience in handling general corporate laws, SEBI regulations, etc. 3) Should possess good interpersonal, problem-solving and communication skills.
