About the Role: We are looking for a person for finance & operations who have an experience from a fintech company or any related entity and can deal or manage the high volume data.

Expectations/ Requirements:

1. 10 years Experienced in Digital Payments /E-commerce or similar industry.

2. Strong knowledge of financial statements, financial reporting and GL Control

3. Variance analysis at month end of various heads of PL and BS

4. Identify trends in financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement

5. Coordinate with other members of the finance team to review financial information

6. Well-versed in dealing with Statutory auditors, Internal auditors etc.

7. Must have worked on accounting for digital payments transactions

8. Good understanding of Payment and Settlement Systems, Operations & Solutions,

9. Organize data into accessible reports and perform various types of analysis

10. Must have a good working knowledge of MIS & Ms office skills to bring automation on manual activities/reports

11. Knowledge of money movement in case of digital payments transactions w.r.t. complete flow including payment gateway receipts and merchant settlements

12. Experience in Nodal bank operations and funds flow movement

13. Track Program/Project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short- and long-term goals

1. Good communication and writing skills.

2. Responsible for managing Finance processes and ensuring compliance as per defined Policies/guidelines.

3. Co-ordinating with internal & external stakeholders for collecting and collating Data/documents required for internal/external functional audits

4. Experience in executing core Finance & engagement processes while leading/ working With a team

5. Start-up acumen is MUST - strong work ethic, flexibility, willingness to get hands dirty and a 'get stuff done attitude

6. Sound business judgment and ability to multi-task while working in a fast-paced Environment.

7. MS Office knowledge is mandatory

Education: Chartered Accountant.
