Paytail - Team Leader/Training & Quality Manager - Customer Support (4-7 yrs)

We're looking for an experienced Team Leader / Trainer / Quality Manager for our Tele sales team. You should ideally have 4-7 years of relevant experience in a B2B environment. Salary no Bar for the right candidate.

Requirements : 

- Smart, self-motivated individual with an established track record of 4+ years to drive Tele Sales with large teams

- Should have skills of outbound B2B sales; experience of handling small merchants would be a plus

- Proficient in Hindi & English. Understanding of any other Indian languages would be a plus

- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

- Effective listening and comprehension ability is a must

- Strong Stakeholder management skills

- Problem Solving approach & Business acumen

Job Responsibilities :

- Manage a team of 10-15 People with complete responsibility of achieving team sales targets

- Train, mentor and motivate the team members and ensure the quality of the outbound and inbound calls

- Draft quality assurance policies and procedures

- Listening sales calls to ensure excellent customer service and effective product presentation

- Monitor operators product knowledge, ability to handle objections, and call closure

- Uses a quality monitoring system to compile and track performance at team and individual

- Share quality reports for various stakeholders and provide actionable data to as needed

- Work on Continual process improvement, therefore, set the new process in order to ensure customer satisfaction and internal smooth process

- Ability to handle high-level data analysis and data interpretation
