Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Proven ability to work in cross-functional environments including sales, business management, and design and engineering teams.

2. Gather and translate data and articulate solution ideas, feature function sets, internal customer needs in terms of a long-term system solutioning.

3. Be on top of the work allocated and would be able to work aggressively to achieve the allocated task.

4. Would be able to create product requirement documents, flow charts and wireframes in a crisp & easily understandable form which will keep all the stakeholders on the same page.

5. Ability to understand the system quickly and able to come up with detailed impact analysis of any given change requirement.

6. To ensure UAT and QA checks on every product release.

7. Ability to develop quick partnerships with 3rd party systems and integrating their APIs to enhance a company's product capabilities faster.

8. Throughout the period of the sprint, ensure frequent communication on sprint status to stakeholders, and at the end of the sprint ensure putting together release notes and demo the final product to customers.

Required Skills:

1. Experience in product development team in B2B or B2C fintech space.

2. Experience in fintech/payments/ lending preferred.

3. Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence or similar project management tools.

4. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to use the metrics to backup assumptions, recommendations and drive actions.

5. Excellent communication skills.
