Roles and Responsibilities:

- Identify, and build new alliance opportunities with key partners such as NBFCs and Banks

- Grow existing partners through scalable programs with deep tech integration

- Negotiating partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy

- Responsible for different channel Integrations and Partnerships

- Achieve monthly targets and metrics to measure performance from strategic partnerships and monitor adherence to the same

- Ability to collaborate across functions, and work in a matrixed structure Influencing skills

Skills and Attributes Required:

- 2 to 5 years managing lending partnerships with banks or NBFC or FinTech / Payment Gateways

- Good organizational and time-management skills

- Excellent Communication/Reading /Writing Skills

- Strong analytical skills

Qualifications Required:

- Should be a Master's degree holder
