Roles and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for overall supervision of accounting activities/transactions.

- Fund/Cash Flow Management

- Directing financial planning and strategy.

- Analysing and reporting on financial performance.

- Overseeing audit and tax functions.

- Developing and implementing accounting policies.

- Preparing forecasts and comprehensive budgets.

- Training accounting staff.

- Drive the financial planning of the company by analysing its performance and risks

- Develop the corporate fundraising strategy and manage relationships with partners and investors.

- Conduct analysis to make forecasts and report to upper executives

- Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines

- Compliance related activities: TDS compliance as per Income Tax Act.

Skills and Attributes Required:

- CA with 10 to 15 years of Experience, preferably from Startup/ Fintech Industry

- Expert knowledge in MS-Office (xls, macro etc)

- Working Experience in Tally ERP & Accounting Software like ERP/SAP/Microsoft Dynamics.

- Good organisational and time-management skills

- Ability to churn out quality work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent Communication/Reading /Writing Skills

- Strong analytical skills

Qualifications Required: Must be Chartered Accountant.
