Payso Fintech - Product Manager - Business Solutions - Payments

Opening in product development and management function that provides expertise and technology solutions in payments domain.

Roles and responsibilities:

- Mapping the business process flow and doing the requirement analysis for specifications and feasibility

- Work closely with partners across business units to understand project requirements, Requirements Gathering and Documentation

- Tracking the project through different developmental phases

- Preparing test plan and test cases and doing the User Acceptance Testing of the business solutions, demonstrating the requirements traceability

- Act as point of contact for specific deliverables and lead projects and delivery

- Designing process and operations guides to enable adept process handling

- Preparing product note and training manuals

- Ensuring that all new enhancements comply with local regulations

- Communication and Relationship: Independently manage end- to- end project/partner communication across the various levels in the organization. It is extremely critical to develop and maintain smooth relationships with partners across business units.

- Monitoring and supporting product penetration

- Acting as product champion for sales function and partners with their product queries

Skills and qualifications:

Inter-Personal

- Must be a self-starter

- Must be process oriented

- Must be proactive and with high energy levels

- Must be analytical, practical and have aptitude for troubleshooting

- Must have excellent interpersonal skills, be tenacious, detail-oriented, tough-minded when needed, but diplomatic

Professional

- Should have an overall experience of 2 to 4 years as a Business Analyst in the BFSI domain

- Engineer and MBA from tier 1 or tier 2 colleges

- In-depth knowledge of SDLC methodologies and strong analytical, technical and problem-solving skills

- He/She should be having skills of writing good Business Requirement Documents and Functional Specification Document

- Testing skills are desirable

- Should have good understanding of Financial Product architecture

- Banking experience or experience with PPI issuer/Third Party Payment processor/Networks like VISA, Master, NPCI is desirable

- Excellent Communication skills (oral and written)

- Ability to multitask and handle tight deadlines

- Must be passionate about utilizing the various latest technologies

- Must have ability to settle in an environment requiring entrepreneurial/ building skills

- Must be capable of working with a team

- High attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines

- Excellent communication, negotiation skills

- Engineer required, engineer with MBA from tier I/II preferred

- Ability to manage small teams
