Payroll Specialist - IT

Urgently looking to hire APAC Payroll Specialist for Multinational Brand. Candidate will be handling both Payroll and Operations.

Experience Required : 4-8 years

Job Location : Gurgaon

Responsibilities :
 
- Responsible for the accurate, timely and secure delivery of the APAC country payroll related services. This includes the timely and accurate processing including reviewing the payroll calculations for accuracy and appropriate withholdings in accordance with legislative and/or regulatory guidelines; transfer of payroll information to the payroll vendor/ systems, checking of payroll outputs, vendor feedback and query resolution.

- Actively handle payroll processing for APAC Country along with HR Operations 

- Actively manage payroll processes and activities including local handling of cases/escalations, data flow 

management, tax, quality assurance, risk and controls, and reporting and metrics.

- Vendor Invoice Management- Processing of all APAC vendors Invoice and responsible for tracking timely

payment.

- Manage the APAC Payroll Operational Team and ensure that the team members have the requisite skills, knowledge and abilities to deliver effectively.

- Establish a solid controls environment to effectively manage risks for the function, including compliance with all statutory requirements and tax impacts.

- Develop and enhance appropriate metrics and reporting to assess effectiveness of operational model and employee compliance, while looking for and implementing improvements.

- Coordinate with HR, Accounts Payable and third party vendor for managing payroll activities.

- Resolving employee's payroll, Full and Final Settlement issues, Payslip related queries.

- Prior experience in global company or global setup is must
