Organization - Leading US based MNC Role - Payroll Specialist (Compensation and Benefits) Job Location - Pune Desired Experience - 6 to 10 years. Salary - Best in the Industry Job Description The profile is of an operations specialist who will assist in the C&amp;B efforts, general HR operations, payroll and statutory compliances. Main Responsibilities include: - Co-ordinate various compensation-related activities, tax issues, ERP related movements to ensure that the organization's payroll is processed accurately and on time. Activities may include; accounting for various payments and benefits, taxes, payroll deductions; calculating overtime, shift payments, sales and service incentives, bonuses; maintaining payroll records, etc. - Organize employee helpdesk and resolve queries from employees. - Manage HR monthly report to capture key trends on C&amp;B and attrition - Support the C&amp;B Manager in the organization by providing necessary employee data to faciliate participation in benchmarking exercises. - Excute annual merit increment process by preparing back end data, related letters for Merit, promotion, salary adjustment, etc. - Responsible for all payroll related compliances in the organization and support relevant team and vendor in non-payroll compliances. - Follow SOX &amp; Internal Audit compliance structure for making any changes in payroll databases. - Provide payroll reports to Finance as per agreed templates within the required timeline. - Open windows for employee tax declarations and submissions, compute perquisites on employee benefits, including expats, - Execute process for employee submissions against declarations, issue Form 16 and facilitate filing of income tax returns. - Ensure systematic payroll program for employees/Expat's to ensure seamless and error free processing. - Manage end to end exit process such as clearance request, F&amp;F calculation, experience certificate, retiral payout etc - Work with vendor and finance to submit Gratuity Actuarial on yearly basis. The minimum qualifications the candidate will have are: - Post-Graduation and min 7-9 years- experience in human resources. - Must possess practical experience in one or more of the following human resource functions: - Maintaining payroll records. - Benefits, taxes, and payroll deductions - Ability to handle end-to-end payroll activities - Compliance &amp; Statutory payments Additionally, should have ability to deal with all levels of management and other Ecolab employees on confidential matters; good organizational, communication and analytical skills; and the knowledge of operation of Microsoft Office applications and ERP. Additionally, the candidate should be possess the below: - Good communication skills - Customer Savvy - Willingness to learn and grow in the system
