Job Description :
1. Manage onboarding process and exit formalities
2. Prepare Offer Letter, Appointment Letter and Employment Certificate for applying Visa / License / Loan etc
3. Timely process vendor payments and manage vendor database for renewals if any
4. Attendance and Leave Management
5. Monitor critical employee data points on regular basis and ensure employee data is updated regularly and accurately.
6. Provide data required by other stakeholders as per agreed timelines and parameters.
7. Provide required information to other teams as per pre-agreed timelines.
Experience :
- 2-4 years of work experience in managing HR Operations processes
Skills and Competencies :
1. Knowledge of Provident Fund, Gratuity, Leave Encashment and taxation rules.
2. Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to collate required information for timely completion of processes.
3. Analytical Skills
4. Demonstrate high levels of Ownership & Accountability.
