Payroll Manager - FMCG

We are currently working on urgent position of for payroll manager with Leading FMCG Industry for the location of Gurgoan.

TITLE-payroll Manager

LOCATION-Gurgoan

Reporting- head of finance

Experience-10- 12 years of experience in Payroll Management; having the experience of handling multi geography payroll will be added advantage.

The specific requirements are as follows:

- The prospective should be handling large scale operations currently with 800-1000+ internal customers

- Should have had the experience of handling Expat payroll

- Should be working in an MNC

- Should have had an accounting or financial background (should have managed PF trust and Gratuity trust & actuarial valuation)

- Calculation and payment of termination payments (resignation/retirement/redundancy).

- Payment and reconciliation of bonus payments.

- Calculation, payment and reconciliation of payroll related tax and filing required tax returns.
