Payroll Manager


- Managing end to end Payroll and processing salary for approx 3500 high profile and well positioning employees i.e Director, Country manager, CFO, CEO.


- Preparing Monthly or Yearly payroll schedule and sending to all multinational clients for Approval. Coordinating with Clients for Schedule approvals, Monthly Pay changes, Payroll approvals, Payment confirmation and all.


- Collecting all joining documents from employee like Form 12BB, All master Information, PF form 11, Form 2, copy of Pan, Adhaar number, CTC details, other payments or deductions if any etc and updating the same in Software.


- Preparing Offer letter, Appointment letter for New Joiners and also Experience and reliving letter for Exit cases. Obtaining Actual investment documents for Exit cases, calculating TDS accordingly and preparing Full &Final settlement sheet.


- Responsible for calculation of payroll in Excel and processing the same in Payroll Software. Reconciling the payroll output with the payroll input and also the statutory deduction. Preparing payroll Register including new startup/Exit cases, Cross verify all pay heads amounts, TDS deductions and sending to clients on scheduled date for approvals.

- Keeping the track of Fund received from Client's account to Account, processing salary on date as per our schedule. Sending individual pay slips with TDS Estimation to all employees.

- Preparing Manpower reports with addition/deletion and sending to management.


- Reconciling statutory reports i.e. Income Tax, PF, ESIC, PT, LWF and generating challans for the same.


- Remitting the statutory payments on or before due date depends on Fund received in account.


- Filling Quarterly ETDs Return for Salary (24Q). Filling monthly & Yearly PT Return for all Maharashtra's employees. Also Remitting Profession Tax for Karnataka State and filling monthly and Annual PT return for the same.


- Sending Emails Intimation to all employees for Year End Investment documents submission, and keep track of received documents / pending documents. Recalculating TDS of all employees based on actual investment proofs received and sending Revised TDS deduction intimation to all Employees.


- Responding to employees/clients queries, grievances over phones, mails and meetings with same. Maintaining client wise monthly ISEA (International Standard Engagement Assurance) documents for Yearly Audit Purpose.


- Managing and issuing of form 16 to all the employees. Addressing to income tax notices on salary TDS
