Payroll Lead - Shared Services

The Role:

Payroll Lead-Shared Services

Key Responsibilities:

- Handled Payroll end to end for US/European entities - UK/ Germany preferred.

- Worked closely with 3rd party Payroll service providers

- Transitioned work from different locations

- Supervise the teams of minimum 5 members

- Reviewed key deliverables and adherence to payroll calendars

- Driven standardization and process improvements

Skills Required:

- Working knowledge of MS Office, Outlook

- Working knowledge of ERP System Oracle NetSuite / Oracle R12 / SAP [Any one ERP desirable].

- Willingness to work in shifts

- Excellent Stakeholder management

- Self- driven individual, with an ability to keep his team motivated.

- Intuitive thinking and Problem- solving skills.

- Candidate must have Payroll end to end (preferably Germany/ UK/ Europe) - 4/5,ERP Oracel/Netsuite 4/5,Stakeholder mgmt 3/5

Qualification & Experience:

Qualification: Graduate in Commerce, with a full-time masters degree in finance and accounts

Experience: 12-16 years in Finance and Accounting/ Payroll. Shared Services/ GIC experience preferred.
