Payroll Consulting Manager

An exciting opportunity to work as a Service Delivery Leader- Payroll with one of the leading HR Consulting firm based in Gurgaon (Sohna Road)

Candidate Profile:

Should have worked with HR Consulting firm handling payroll consulting.

Handling paychecks of above 50000+ and should have strong experience handling PAN India

Team Handling experience mandatory

Job Role:

- Preparation & Supervision of monthly Payroll for clients

- Handling Reimbursements, Full & Final Settlement, Salary slips, TDS

- Handling Payroll Related Compliances

- Client Management for Payroll Vertical

- Zero error on scorecard for all the months

- Responsible for monthly SLA

- Managing the collections to reduce outstanding and DSO

- Development of Capability (coaching / feedback sharing - once a month)

- Process Efficiency & Management (Productivity Monitoring)

- Process Quality & Compliance

- Managing Gross Margins

CTQs

- Qualification: Graduate or Above

- Experience: 10+ years

- Proficient in MS Excel

- Advanced exposure in Payroll

- Excellent Communication Skills
