Payroll Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Payroll Process

- Funding statement (to pass entries)

- Monthly tax provisions

- Keeping track of pension payments

- Providing monthly figures (headcount + salary) for regulatory reporting

- Ad hoc requests for salary computation in termination cases

- External audit requests

- ESOP data entry

Skills

- Hands-On Payroll experience for external clients preferably in the Singapore / Hong Kong region.

- Must be able to travel to Singapore / Hong Kong for 2 – 3 months

- Should have good communication skills in English

- Should have good client interaction skills

Education

- Graduate/Post Graduate preferably in HR

- Have experience & is knowledgeable in Singapore tax rules, CPF regulations etc
