Strategic initiatives :
- Own /review/ modify key retention policies that effect the eco system
- Own policies of managing and improving performance/ career progression and development plans
- Look at holistically improving the recognition factor and making appreciative culture felt across
- Setting up culture building initiatives
- Talent management policies
- Review the definition of top talent identifying metrics and have talent pool
- Set up leadership and management trainings to focus on improving this quotient
Work on internal communications with support teams :
- On-boarding check and communication
- Induction plans - look at all the decks
- Pre on-boarding engagement deck and roll out
- Check email templates etc
- Campus engagement and branding plans
Salary Range: 10 - 15 LPA
