Payment Operations Role - Investment Bank

This is Nilakshi Gurav, currently hiring for one of the leading Investment Bank.

Job Location - Mumbai

Responsibilities:

- Effectively support in processing transactions in the Payments area relating to Fx/INR payments, and ensure errorless delivery to clients.

- Support business objectives in Payments area through adherence to all internal & external procedures & customer service orientation.

- Direct interaction with clients/counterparts in other branches for resolution of queries and follow-up on documentary exceptions.

- Regular Interaction with internal and external clients for job related activities.

- Contributing towards department efforts in the areas of constant process improvement, improving productivity etc.

- Preparation of Internal and Customer related MIS as per the requirement

Qualifications:

- Graduate/MBA from a reputed institutes with about 5 to 6 years of experience in operations processing in a bank

- The role requires the below stated aspects

- Managing the branch operations and leading a team involved in the area of CMS/Payment/Remittance Operations

- Knowledge of FEMA regulations on non-trade current account and capital account transactions

- Candidate should have past exposure in handling a team

We are looking for candidate with exposure to India payments operations (local payments and Cross Border non trade payments/capital account transactions). Exposure to Branch/CMS operations would be added advantage
