OBJECTIVE Responsible for product roadmap definition, product solutioning, product documentation, product metric improvements and development execution for the PayMate mobile app KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Ownership on product vision, product roadmap and product requirements that result in the growth of key success metrics for the business unit - Collaborate with product design and engineering teams in developing product requirement documents that outline the objectives, scope, feature specifications, UI and UX of the product - Generate consumer insights and identify customer pain points, by analysing user behavioural data, reviews and customer feedback. Develop solutions to tackle these pain points and increase customer satisfaction - Define the data points that need to be tracked, configure funnels, dashboards and KPIs on analytics platforms, to drive a better process of product decision making - Double up as a project manager when required and ensure timely execution of product updates, by prioritizing tasks with the engineering and QA teams - Manage the requirements of key stakeholders in marketing, legal/compliance and business teams by including their requirements in the product pipeline - Collaborate with Marketing in developing and executing a go to market plan for product updates and releases - Supervise the efforts of CRM team in addressing issues faced by customers and ensuring customer satisfaction. QUALIFICATION: Technical Bachelor's degree (MBA or other Master's preferred) or equivalent experience preferred. TARGET INDUSTRIES: - Experience within Fintech - Lending, Banking and Payments is preferred but not mandatory - Experience with fast-growing technology startups with B2C or SME product offerings - Experience with any of the startup unicorns PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE : - A minimum of 3 years of product management experience - Experience in developing and growing a mobile product from level 1 to level 10 - Experience of working on analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Clevertap, Google Analytics, Firebase, etc. COMPETENCIES: - Self-starter with a "Roll-up-your-sleeves", entrepreneurial and startup attitude - Data-driven decision maker who can justify and quantify his viewpoint with numbers - Natural ability to relate to and deeply understand customer needs - Strong written and oral communication skills - Strong ability to execute
