- Candidate would be responsible for handling SME business and form a part of the India business team. - Position based in Mumbai, India but with responsibility for need based travel to other cities within India. - Responsible to generate SME business (Card / Non Card based) from any PSU, Private, Scheduled, Cooperative bank channel. - Responsible to craft SME focused programs with open market businesses / e-commerce / any alternate potential SME business opportunity. - Responsible to identify key stakeholders within banks (AGM, DGM, GM, ED, CEO levels) and pitch the PayMate proposition to all these banks with the objective of entering into a bank level partnership - Key PnL role contributing to company margins which would serve as excellent business exposure for the incoming candidate. - Responsible to lead integration discussions with banks / clients. - Responsible for inter department coordination with finance, product, compliance, tech, legal teams, independently capable of handling integration discussions with internal teams and also external banks / clients. PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE - Graduate / MBA - Candidate from SME business management background will be preferred. - Candidate would need to have partnerships / alliances past experience. Preference to be given to candidates who have led business / sales discussions across banks at senior levels. - Preference would be given to candidates who have past experience and have worked in bank channel management. Should be good at independently working on creation of sales pitch and then further introducing PayMate to all potential identified banks / clients. - Should possess strong business management / relationship management skills and past experience, along with excellent negotiation skills.
