OBJECTIVE Responsible for analyzing to assess the profitability, liquidity and stability of the company through various analytical reports. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Support to gather, model, analyze and prepare information for company's forecast on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. - Prepare functional as well as branch level P &amp;L of the company - Repayment / EMI Management - Mandate Registration and Collection Activities - Assist in preparing and reporting Annual Budget - Compare actual performance against the budget &amp; for variance analysis to management - Provide timely and accurate management financial reporting. - Enables effective understanding and reporting of key business drivers such as yield, cost, product mix, etc. and coordinate related activities. - Provide business Support by working closing with each business head and their team - Provide all aspects of financial support for the planning process. - Drives process improvements and projects as identified - Collecting information and evidence for decision making of management - Periodic management reporting, updating reporting decks &amp; management reviews as required - Spearheading the periodic Management MIS Reporting &amp; Presentations - Drive business profitability through monitoring and reviewing key financial metrics. PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE : - Strong quantitative and analytical competency - Advanced knowledge of Excel COMPETENCIES: Technical : - Excellent in Microsoft specifically Excel, Word, Powerpoint - Proficient understanding of Financial Statements Personality and Interpersonal Skills - Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills - Comfort dealing with ambiguity and the ability to work independently - Strong financial modeling experience
