PayGURU - Credit Operations Associate - SME/Corporate Credit

Role:

Roles of credit operations associate will be to work directly with Head, Tech and ops and assist in the following activities:

- End to end assistance in onboarding potential customers

- Treasury operations and documentation

- Collections and recovery operations

- Customer Service - TAT, Tokens, customer complaints and closure Management

- Cash & Customer Service /NPS and Audit Queries

- Service branch maintenance and control

- Manage escalations with teams (Centralize/HO) for end to end resolution

- Petty cash management

 Required Qualifications And Experience

- Understanding of cash & customer service related processes and policies.

- Band E03

Experience: 2+ years in SME/Corporate credit roles across fin-techs, NBFCs or banks

Skills/Education:

- Graduate/Post graduate fresher/with experience in credit operations

- Ability to work independently and towards deadlines.

- Effective oral and written communication skills"
