Position Summary - As the Financial Controller at PayGlocal, you will play a crucial role in managing financial functions, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic financial guidance. This role involves hands-on financial management, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and implementing controls to support organizational objectives.

What will you work on?.

- Financial Reporting:. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports.. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.. Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes

- Budgeting and Forecasting:. Lead the annual budgeting process in collaboration with various departments

- Develop and maintain financial forecasting models.. Monitor budget variances and provide insightful analysis

Financial Analysis:. Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support decision-making

- Provide insights into financial trends, risks, and opportunities.. Internal Controls:. Implement and monitor internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.. Identify and address areas for process improvement

Cash Flow Management:. Monitor and manage cash flow to optimize liquidity.. Implement strategies to mitigate financial risks

Audit Coordination:. Coordinate external audits and respond to audit queries.. Implement audit recommendations for process improvement.. Vendor Management and Payments:. Facilitate vendor payments and ensure timely disbursement. Coordinate with accounting firm to reconcile books of accounts

Financial Policy Setup:. Establish comprehensive financial policies for launching new products.. Define guidelines aligned to Financial objectives of the organization. Ensure periodic reviews and updates based on evolving business needs, market dynamics, and regulatory changes

Qualifications. Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification only. Kindly apply only if you have completed the required qualification.

- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Experience with Payment Gateway will be an added advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Excel

- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.. Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.. This position is Pune-based
