Pattem Digital - Talent Acquisition Specialist (2-5 yrs)

We are hiring a talented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team at the earliest. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process.

You will work in sourcing the right candidate for the right job using multiple sources (social, online, offline, etc.). You will plan, schedule, and oversee all our interviews and ensure it follows a schedule. You will embody the people-friendly spirit of Pattem Digital and ensure that potential hires have a seamless and hassle-free interview experience.

You will be the voice of Pattem Digital in the job market. You will create talent pipelines for our immediate and future requirements.

Know your work :

- Identify the staffing requirements of the company

- Create the selection criteria for our future candidates

- Acquire potential candidates through various online channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Naukri, etc.)

- Create a roadmap of interview schedules, process, and interview structure

- Conduct assessments and in-person interviews of the prospective hirings

- Use the Application Tracking System and update the candidate details in it

- Create job descriptions, interview questions, etc. for each vacancy

- Spearhead the company's branding initiatives

- Organize, oversee, and participate in recruitment drives and job fairs

- Forecast and plan the hiring requirements for each quarter

- Be helpful in your approach and form a professional rapport with past applicants and potential candidates

What you need to apply :

- Seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist

- Expert in sourcing leads from social media, resume databases, and professional networks

- Knowledge of numerous interview techniques and evaluation methods

- Experience in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)

- Great interpersonal and written communication skills

- A knack for details and a good understanding of technical requirements for different roles

- BSc or equivalent degree in Human Resources Management
