- Technical background with prior 4 to 7 years of experience in web & mobile development and technologies

- Work seamlessly in a fast paced environment with cross-functional teams divisions such as engineering, sales, marketing, stakeholders and various business units

- Adaptable and to work calmly under pressure with the ability to multi-task effectively

- Prior experience with the healthcare domain is a plus

- Excellent communication & articulation skills
