We are hiring a proven HR manager to join our team at the earliest. You will be in charge of all the HR-related activities in the company including defining policies and practices. You will be a valuable contributor to the overall business by foreseeing the implementation of all your defined policies and company objectives.
At Pattem Digital, you will promote our values and create a plan for business succession. You will be responsible for HR management, job profile designing, recruitment, performance management, training, development, talent management, and facilities management.
Know your work:
- Develop and implement HR strategies
- Align the HR strategies with overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations
- Address demands, grievances and other issues
- Oversee the entire recruitment and selection process
- Support our business needs by engaging and motivating our workforce
- Create, implement, and monitor our HR strategies
- Implement systems, tactics, and processes in the company
- Nurture a positive working environment
- In-charge of performance appraisal system to promote high performance
- In-charge of payments and benefits program
- Assess training needs
- Conduct, organize and monitor training programs
- Provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliances are met
What you need to apply:
- Prior experience as an HR manager
- People-oriented person
- Results-driven mindset
- Proven experience of working with HR metrics
- Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Experienced creating company strategies and proven leadership skills
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Should have amiable interpersonal skills to foster relationships at all levels
- Deep knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
